There’s no need to register for classes in advance – just show up! All classes are taught in English unless otherwise noted.

About the classes

All classes can be adapted for all levels. Make sure you talk to the teacher before class if you have any limitations and be sure to practice at your own pace and in a way that is sensible for you.

Listen to your body – everyone practices at their own risk

The temperature for hot classes is between 30° and 40° – usually around 38° – learn more about hot yoga. Morning classes are held at room temperature (around 22° – make sure you have a sweater and warm socks) and warm classes are held in a gently heated room (around 28°).

Hot / Warm  Vinyasa Basics

A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental Vinyasa sequences and breath alignment. This class sets the foundation for all the other Vinyasa classes.

 

Hot / Warm Vinyasa 1 

A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating and dynamic experience.

 

Hot / Warm Vinyasa 2

A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent Vinyasa practice.

 

Hot / Warm Alignment

An asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience

 

Hot / Warm Hatha 1

A non-vinyasa based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience.

 

Hot / Warm Hatha 2

A non-vinyasa based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for students with some yoga practice.

 

Warm Restorative

A deeply relaxing healing practice focused on stimulating the parasympathetic system with the purpose of calming the body and the mind. In this class, props such as belts, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used with the purpose of supporting the body while exerting minimal physical effort in the asanas. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for anyone seeking to alleviate the strains of a busy and stressful lifestyle.

 

Warm Yin and Relaxing Stretch

A healing practice done in a mildly heated room. This class focuses on opening the body and soothing the mind through gentle poses and the use of props. Students will experience more seated and supine postures and some longer asana holds. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort.

 

Hot / Warm Core
This specialized class focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving the internal support and stability of the body. Abdominal postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into the class to strengthen the connection between the upper and the lower body. Some chanting and meditation may be included.Suitable for all yoga practitioners.

 

Hot Earth

A dynamic combination of flow and asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included in this class.

Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience looking to have an invigorating physical and mental practice. Fundamental standing poses and seated poses with some basic backbends.
